Once you register, you are personally responsible for the training fee. If you cancel up to 10 days before the training, you will be charged a $15 administration fee. If you have already paid for the training, the $15 will be deducted from your refund. If you cancel less than 10 days before the training, you will be charged the entire training fee. You may, however, email us and substitute another person in your place. No-shows will be responsible for the full training fee. Any individual who has a balance due from a previous training cannot register for any future training, including the Annual Substance Use Disorder Conference, until that balance is paid.Walk-Ins
Because of limited capacity at our training sites, "walk-ins" are discouraged. People showing up for a training who are not registered must pay the full training fee at the door; they are not guaranteed training materials, lunch or a seat.
