Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 10 days before the training, your training fee will be returned minus a $15 administration fee. After that, no refunds will be made. You may, however, email or call us and substitute another person in your place. Any individual who has a balance due from a previous training cannot register for any future training, including the Annual Substance Use Conference, until that balance is paid.
